由中国海商法协会主办、上海海事大学承办的“第九届海商法国际研讨会”（International Conference on Maritime Law: ICML 2018）将于2018年10月28日至31日在上海国际会议中心举办。本届研讨会的主题是“新时代海商法理念、体系和制度的发展、变革和创新”。现征集本届研讨会论文，欢迎国内外海商法学术界、海事司法界、航运实务界以及相关政府部门同仁积极提交论文。

一、论文选题范围

1、现代海商法重构与中国《海商法》的修改

Reformulation of the lex maritima in the modern time & revision of the Chinese Maritime Code

2、“一带一路”建设与经济全球化和贸易自由化中的海商法保障

Protections provided by maritime law in the Belt& Road construction and in the economic globalization and trade liberalization

3、后金融危机时代航运业面临的新法律问题：船舶融资保障与跨境破产

New legal issues in shipping industry in the post-financial crisis era: ship financing security and cross-border insolvency

4、《鹿特丹规则》十周年展望

Prospects of the Rotterdam Rules at its 10th anniversary

5、邮轮运输旅客权益保障

Protection of cruise ship passengers’ rights and interests 

6、船员公平待遇

Fair treatment of seafarers

7、海洋环境保护与航运可持续发展的新法律问题

New legal issues in marine environmental protection and sustainable shipping

8、极地航运与海上安全的法律问题

Legal issues in polar shipping and maritime safety

9、便利运输的法律与政策问题：自由贸易港与综合运输

Issues of maritime and shipping law and policy for facilitating transport: free trade ports and integrated transport

10、海事争议解决的制度创新

Innovation of maritime dispute resolution mechanisms

二、论文格式要求

1、论文应用英文撰写，使用Times New Roman字体。

2、论文提交截止日期：2018年8月31日。

3、论文格式：题目、作者姓名与单位、摘要（abstract）、关键词（keywords）、引言（introduction）、正文和结论（conclusions）。

4、论文使用脚注，格式请参考：“The OxfordStandard for Citation Of Legal Authorities”，网址：（https://www.law.ox.ac.uk/sites/files/oxlaw/oscola_4th_edn_hart_2012quickreferenceguide.pdf）

5、论文请使用MS Word 2003及以上版本编辑，使用A4纸。

6、请将论文以邮件附件的形式发送至本届研讨会统一邮箱：icml2018@shmtu.edu.cn。

三、论文选定

本届研讨会议题委员会将负责组织论文初选和审定。根据研讨会议题和议题委员会的评选，入选论文将收录本届研讨会论文集，作者将有机会成为发言人在大会上发言。
